Mr. M, MacDONALDI am informed by the Government of Southern Rhodesia that the Southern Rhodesia Cotton Research and Industry Board is in no way similar to the Maize Control Board in its constitution or functions. The board's duties will be to foster the cotton industry and assist in the marketing of crops with equal opportunities to European and native producers.
Mr. JONESWill not the effect of the new proposal be that definite economic restrictions will be imposed on the natives'? Will there not be trading restrictions?
