§ Captain WALLACEApart from the exchange of notes of 12th November, 1925, which regulates commercial relations between the two countries on the basis of the most-favoured-nation principle, there is no commercial agreement between the United Kingdom and Bulgaria. The question of the balance of trade between the two countries, which has recently undergone a substantial change in favour of Bulgaria, is being actively considered.
