asked the Minister of Transport whether he will state, for the last available year, the amounts expended by county highway authorities in Great Britain on Class I and Class II roads and bridges, showing. respectively, expenditure out of the rates fund, out of the Road Fund grants, met out of loans raised and to be raised, and met otherwise, under the headings of maintenance, repair and minor improvement, major improvement, and new construction
