Mr. PALINGasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies with reference to the Kenya Government's announced intention to expel some 300 Kikuyu natives from the holdings permanently held by them in Kenya in order to make way for white proprietors, what steps it is proposed to take to explain to the natives concerned the grounds on which this expropriation has been decided on?
