Koltun, a Jewish writer, who is being held in prison in Palestine, against whom no charge has been brought and who is in bad health, aggravated by the conditions of his confinement?
Mr. J. H. THOMASI am still awaiting a report from the High Commissioner for Palestine, but I understand that Koltun was released on bail as long ago as 13th March.
