§ The SECRETARY of STATE for DOMINION AFFAIRS (Mr. Malcolm MacDonald)I assume that my hon. Friend refers to the debt which matured on 1st April last. The published records show that $3,200,000 of 6 per cent. 8 Alberta Government Bonds were issued as from 1st April, 1921, of which $2,200,000 were for the Government telephone system, and $1,000,000 for general Government purposes. Tenders were asked for in the usual way.
