§ Mr. LLOYDThe number of publicans' and beer house licences of which the renewal was refused without compensation was 20 in the years 1926 to 1930, and 12 in the years 1931 to 1934. The figures for the year 1935 are not yet available. The grounds of refusal in each case are given in Table III (A) of the Licensing Statistics for the year, but I am sending the hon.
