Amendment made: In page 269, line 12, at the end, insert:
(3) Any reference in this Part of this Act to Acts of Parliament shall be construed as including a reference to any Order in Council made under Part XII of this Act for making in any such Act adaptations and modifications appearing to be necessary or expedient in consequence of the provisions of this Act, and any power of the Legislature to amend or repeal an Act of Parliament shall extend to the amendment or repeal of any such Order."—[Sir S.
