Amendment made: In page 208, line 9, leave out from "and," to "enact," in line 13, and insert: either—

  1. (a)enact forthwith, as a Governor's Act, a Bill containing such provisions as he considers necessary; or
  2. (b)attach to his message a draft of the Bill which lie considers necessary.
(2) Where the Governor takes such action as is mentioned in paragraph (b) of the preceding sub-section, he may at any time after the expiration of one month."—[Sir S. Hoare.]
