Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under the Gas Undertakings Acts, 1920 to 1934, on the application of the Salisbury Gas Company, which was presented on the 11th day of April and published, be approved

Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under the Gas Undertakings Acts, 1920 to 1934, on the application of the Solihull Gas Company, which was presented on the 30th day of April and published, be approved.

Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under the Gas Undertakings Acts, 1920 to 1934, on the application of the rural district council of Newcastle-under-Lyme, which was presented on the 30th day of April and published, be approved.

Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under the Gas Undertakings Acts, 1920 to 1934, on the application of the Tenby Gas Consumers Company, Limited, which was presented on the 2nd day of May and published, be approved."—[Dr. Burgin.]
