WILLIAMS (for Major MILNER)asked the Financial Secretary to the War Office whether it is the practice of the War Office to demand the return to that Department of any summary of evidence given to an accused person under Rule 14B of the Rules of Procedure, 1928; and on what authority this course is adopted?
§ Mr. HACKINGIt is not the general practice of the War Office to request the 12 return of the summary of evidence given to an accused person under Rule 14B of the Rules of Procedure. If such a request is made, it is made on the authority of the Army Council in the public interest.
