§ 10. Commander OLIVER LOCKER-LAMPSONasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether, in advocating the use of the League of Nations for the settlement of disputes, any distinction is drawn between disputes arising under Article 11 and Article 15 of the Covenant.
§ Sir J. SIMONI presume that my hon. Friend refers to the submission of disputes to the League of Nations under one or other of these Articles. The question whether in any given dispute the procedure under Article 11 or under Article 15 is appropriate depends on the circum stances of the case.
