I beg to move, in page 10, line 6, leave out from "on," to the end of the Sub-section, and to insert: all statutory undertakers owning apparatus in that area. The Amendment leaves out certain words which it is unnecessary now to keep in the Bill by reason of the fact that we have inserted a definition of statutory undertakers.
