§ Mr. E. BROWNNo formal applications for licences under the Petroleum (Production) Act, 1934, can be made until the regulations issued in accordance with Section 6 of the Act come into force on 17th June next, if Parliament agrees. These regulations were made yesterday and copies have been laid on the Table.
