§ Sir P. CUNLIFFE-LISTERI have received a copy of the resolution; but I do not think that any useful purpose would be served by instituting the suggested inquiry. The hon. Member will recollect the very full inquiry conducted by the Joint Select Committee and the general acceptance of its report in all quarters of the House.
