I beg to move, in page 35, line 16, to leave out from "shall" to "be" in line 18.

This Amendment, which stands on the Order Paper in the name of my right hon. Friend, and the next Amendment in his name, are drafting Amendments.

Further Amendment made: In page 35, line 24, at the end, to add: (2) Before giving any directions under this Section the Governor-General shall satisfy himself that nothing in the directions requires the Governor to act in any manner inconsistent with any Instrument of Instructions issued to the Governor by His Majesty."—[The Solicitor-General.]
