§ Mr. RUNCIMANThe reply which I gave to the hon. Member on this subject on the 7th March was in a form agreed with the Brazilian Financial Mission, and I am not at present in a position to add to it. As the hon. Member will see from that reply, it is hoped that the agreement embodying the results of the negotiations with the mission will be signed during the course of the next two or three weeks and the text will be published immediately thereafter.
