Najera?

SIMONThe Advisory Committee of the Assembly of the League of Nations met at Geneva on 11th March, under the chairmanship of the Portuguese representative, Monsieur Vasconcellos, and is at the moment considering the matters to which the hon. Member refers. I cannot anticipate the conclusions which the committee will reach.
§ Mr. MANDERIs not a great deal of the difficulty due to certain South American States failing to play the game in regard to the embargo; and does not the question really arise of the expulsion of Paraguay from the League?
