§ Sir G. COLLINSThe reply to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. As regards the last part of the question the area of ground available for exercise and recreation is just over an acre in extent.
§ Mr. LEONARDDoes not the right hon. Gentleman consider it advisable to separate the exercise periods for these two types of people?
