§ Mr. HORE-BELISHAYes, Sir, and I am to-day issuing a grant towards an improvement scheme which provides for the widening of Harleyford Street at its junction with Kennington Oval. This will enable the kerb radius to be substantially increased, the tramway lines to be splayed, and two refuges to be provided between the tramway tracks.
