§ Mr. ELLIOTThere are twelve four-room flats now vacant, all at Windsor House, but arrangements have recently been made with the St. Pancras Borough Council which it is anticipated will result in the gradual letting to approved tenants nominated by the council of any vacant flats not required by old tenants on the Crown Estate.
