§ Sir J. SIMONThe House has already been informed that the visit of the Austrian Chancellor to this country was not official and it was agreed that no communiqué should be issued. I may say, however, that judging from my conversations with Austrian Ministers when in London, I have no reason to doubt that they appreciate the interest shown by British public opinion in this matter.
