§ Lieut.-Colonel COLVILLEAs regards the first part of the question, no reasons have, so far as I am aware, been assigned for the decision taken by the French Government to request Lieutenant-Colonel Norris to leave French territory. As regards the second part of the question, it is not proposed to take any action in the matter.
§ Mr. MANDERIs not an Englishman entitled to know the reason for his exclusion from the country; and is my hon. and gallant Friend aware that Colonel Norris denies all the rumours which are in circulation in regard to himself?
