Resolved,
That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1935, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, and the Public Works Facilities Act, 1930, in respect of the city of Ripon and the rural district of Ripon, in the West Riding of the county of York, and part of the rural district of Wath, in the North Riding of the county of York, which was presented on the 9th day of May, 1935, be approved.
