§ Mr. E. BROWNStatistics of the total number of insured persons in individual industries are available only in respect of July of each year. The estimated numbers of insured persons, aged 16–64, in the coal mining industry in Great Britain, were 961,000 at July, 1934; 1,069,000 at July, 1930; and 1,197,000 at July, 1925.
