asked the Home Secretary whether he can state the age of the chief constable of Birmingham?

I would refer the hon. Member to the answer given by my predecessor to the same question put on the hon. Member's behalf on 21st February last.

Mr. MAXTON

May we take it that there has been no change since then?

Sir J. SIMON

Except that the gentleman referred to is three months older.
