Mr. VYVYAN ADAMS (for Miss RATHBONE)asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether the recently issued report of the Committee of the League of Nations which has been considering economic sanctions has yet been printed; and whether, in view of its possible bearing on the Italo-Abyssinian dispute, he will secure that it shall be made available to Members at the earliest possible date?
