Resolution reported, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to amend the Assurance Companies (Winding Up) Act, 1933, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any expenses to be incurred by the Board of Trade in determining whether an assurance company is insolvent by means of inquiries or of an investigation of the company's affairs by inspectors appointed by the Board.
