HC Deb 25 July 1935 vol 304 c2006
46. Brigadier-General NATION

asked the Secretary of State for Dominion Affairs which of the Dominions have now submitted their remarks on the interdepartmental report on migration, and which have been favourable or unfavourable to the recommendations therein made?

The UNDER-SECRETARY of STATE for DOMINION AFFAIRS (Lord Stanley)

I would refer my hon. and gallant Friend to the answer given to the right hon. and gallant Member for Caithness and Sutherland (Sir A. Sinclair) on the 22nd July. Broadly speaking, it may be said that the replies so far received are sympathetic to the recommendations in the report, though in some cases the matter is still under examination.
