§ Lieut.-Colonel MUIRHEADI am afraid my hon. Friend has been giving too much credit to unauthorised statements in the Press. Any draft of new regulations will be laid before Parliament as soon as it is made.
§ Mr. THORNEHas the Parliamentary Secretary seen the reports in the newspapers which give the fundamental alterations which are to take place? Is it not perfectly evident that the report is in the possession of the Department, and should not Members of the House have it as well?
