§ Sir P. SASSOONThe position generally remains as stated in the reply given to my hon. and gallant Friend the 1479 Member for Handsworth (Commander Locker-Lampson) on the 6th June, 1935. A number of tanks of a new type are about to be ordered for trial, but I cannot at present make any statement as to the likelihood of its adoption for service use.
