Mr. MORGAN JONES (for Mr. RHYS DAVIES)asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he has received any assurance from the Lithuanian Government regarding the fulfilment of their obligations at Memel; and whether any steps have yet been taken for the setting up of the chamber of representatives and the constitution of a directorate enjoying the confidence of the chamber?
