I was informed earlier in the day that if I dared say anything more about cattle I should be prosecuted for cruelty to animals. In these circumstances we had better let the Bill go through.

Clause 2 ordered to stand part of the Bill.

Bill reported, without Amendment; to be read the Third time To-morrow.

The remaining Orders were read, and postponed.
