§ Sir P. CUNLIFFE-LISTERI do not think that I can intervene in this matter. The contract between the Air Ministry and the Company is for the delivery of oil and petrol to the boats at their mooring points, and I must really refer my hon. Friend, with all her persuasive powers, to the contractor.
