§ Sir S. HOAREThe United Kingdom delegation to the 16th Assembly of the League of Nations will, according to present arrangements, be as follows:
§ Delegates:
- The Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs.
- The Minister for League of Nations Affairs.
- The Parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Trade.
§ Substitute Delegates:
- The Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Agriculture.
- The Noble Lord the Member for South Dorset (Viscount Cranborne).
- The hon. Member for South Hackney (Miss Graves).
- Sir William Malkin, legal adviser to the Foreign Office.
§ Mr. MANDERIs there any hope of the Prime Minister himself making an appearance at any stage of the Assembly proceedings at Geneva this year?
§ Mr. MACQUISTENWill the Minister also see if he can get President Roosevelt to attend?
