§ Mr. G. GRIFFITHSIs it not the case that where people are paid a lower scale the right hon. Gentleman can insist that they shall pay a higher scale just as he insists when they are paying a higher scale that they must pay a lower?
§ Sir K. WOODNo, Sir. I stated that I am precluded by the Statute from dealing with individual cases.
