§ The UNDER-SECRETARY of STATE for INDIA (Mr. Butler)So far as I am aware there is no precedent for the issue of a White Paper explaining Lords Amendments, but I am arranging for an explanatory note on the Lords Amendments to the Government of India Bill to be made available to Members as soon as possible after the Amendments are received from another place.
