§ Mr. HORE-BELISHAI will readily consider whether some greater uniformity of practice can be secured, including any suggestions my hon. Friend may be good enough to make, although it will be recognised that contractors and statutory undertakers could not in any case be expected to scrap existing stocks without reasonable notice.
