HC Deb 04 July 1935 vol 303 cc2002-3
50. Mr. LOGAN

asked the President of the Board of Trade whether the evidence and findings of the inquiry into the loss of the "Blairgowrie," "Usworth," "La Crescenta," and "Millpool," presided over by Lord Merrivale, will be presented to Parliament?

Mr. RUNCIMAN

The reports of the court on the loss of each of the ships in question will be published by the Stationery Office in the usual way, and will be obtainable through the Vote Office. The report on the "Usworth" was published yesterday.

Mr. LOGAN

Will they be presented to Parliament in view of the importance of this investigation?

Mr. RUNCIMAN

I think that the report is available to any Member of the House who cares to ask for it.
