§ 41. Mr. WHITEasked the Secretary of State for Dominion Affairs whether, in view of the widespread interest in this country in the whole question of the high commission territories of South Africa, he will consider issuing, in the form of a Parliamentary Paper, the memorandum handed to General Smuts in July, 1933, and the despatch upon the subject addressed to the High Commissioner in South Africa and any other documents relevant to the subject?
