§ 24. Mr. DENMANasked the Minister of Health what arrangements are being made under the Maternity and Child Welfare Act for the supply of free milk in Monmouthshire; and whether it is possible for all necessitous women to obtain milk for themselves during pregnancy or lactation, or for their infants if this is needed on medical grounds?
Sir H. YOUNGAccording to my latest information the arrangements made by the county council are such that milk required on medical grounds can be obtained free for all necessitous women during pregnancy and lactation and for their children under five years of age.
