Sir H. YOUNGThe answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. As regards the second part, my hon. and gallant Friend will appreciate that these investigations are concerned with problems that are both difficult and complicated and will of necessity occupy some time. I am unable at present to say when the reports will be available.
