Member for Leigh (Mr. Tinker) on Monday last, to which I have nothing to add, except to assure my hon. Friend that both my Department and the Scottish Education Department are concerned to expedite this matter as far as is possible.
Miss CAZALETDoes the hon. Gentleman think that the examination will be completed by Easter; and is the whole question of continued education up to 18 years also being examined, as well as the actual question of the school-leaving age?
§ Mr. RAMSBOTHAMI can state no definite time, but all relevant factors will be taken into consideration.
