asked the President of the Board of Trade whether he will represent to the official receiver appointed to investigate the affairs of James and Shakespeare, Limited, the desirability of inquiring into and reporting upon the reasons for the resignation from the board of Mr. W. S. Cleaver, Mr. A. Barrie, and Mr. Otto F. Zieseness in January?
