Mr. HANNON

On a point of Order. I want to ask you. Mr. Speaker, for the guidance of the House, whether, in view of the fact that the Government have taken the whole of the time of the House for the coming Session, an hon. Member is entitled to introduce into this House a catalogue of private Member's Bills, three at a time, and put the country to the expense of printing those Bills? Will the House concur in having these Bills introduced and printed at the expense of the taxpayers of this country I want to ask you, Sir, whether any hon. Member of this House is entitled to introduce at the same time three Bills and impose upon the country the cost of printing them?

Mr. SPEAKER

There is no Order to prevent it being done.
