HC Deb 21 February 1935 vol 298 c519
37. Mr. POTTER

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer the state of the discussions now proceeding between the German Government and the financial interests concerned relating to the inability of British subjects to obtain from the German authorities documents to which they are entitled under Article 7 (ii) of the Anglo-German Payments Agreement of November last?

Mr. CHAMBERLAIN

I would refer my hon. Friend to the reply which I gave to my hon. and gallant Friend the Member for the Peebles and Southern Division (Captain A. Ramsay) on the 12th February, to which I cannot at present add anything.
