§ Mr. KIRKWOODI would like to ask the Prime Minister whether he will recast the whole of this idea of salaries for Cabinet Ministers because of the difference between a Member of Parliament and a Cabinet Minister, the result of which is the amount of intriguing and petty jealousies that go on.
