asked the Secretary of States for the Colonies how many inhabitants of Tigoni have been moved, and how many have been instructed to move, in pursuance of the recommendations of the Morris-Carter report; what compensation has been offered these people; whether any land has been provided for them elsewhere; and whether the Tigoni area is still counted as native land for the purposes of Note 3 of Section 217 of the Morris-Carter report?

As I stated in reply to the hon. Member for Wentworth (Mr. Paling) on 5th December, I am awaiting the Governor's comments and recommendations.
