Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under the Gas Undertakings Acts, 1920 to 1934, on the application of the Gloucester Gaslight Company, which was presented on the 3rd day of December and published, be approved.

Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under the Gas Undertakings Acts, 1920 to 1934, on the application of the Steyning Gas Company, Limited, which was presented on the 3rd day of December and published, be approved.

Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under the Gas Undertakings Acts, 1920 to 1934, on the application of the Stirling Gas Light Company, which was presented on the 3rd day of December and published, be approved.

Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under the Gas Undertakings Acts, 1920 to 1934, on the application of the Tottenham and District Gas Company, which was presented on the 3rd day of December and published, be approved with the following modification: Clause 36, page 15, line 28, after 'Order of 1932' insert 'as extended and applied to the exercise of the powers conferred on the Company by this Order."—[Dr. Burgin.]
