§ Mr. RUNCIMANAt the moment I am unable to add to the information given in the Press about an agreement between timber export organisations in eight European countries to limit total exports of softwoods from those countries in 1936. It does not appear that the agreement provides for limitation of supplies to individual countries or that the Canadian timber trade can be adversely affected by the agreement.
